Brief

Chillex was appointed to carry out all mechanical services in a retrofit job in the Vero Building, comprising of 5 levels.

Highlights

• Unique for its complex staging to accommodate a key feature addition of an internal stairwell linking the 5 floors together, it required major alterations to the existing supply & return systems, VAV units and their associated pipework and controls.
• Working in tight confines of the internal staircase
• Specially designed swirl and linear diffusers were specifically designed by Holyoake to be installed within the new and existing ceilings.
• Work completed successfully within tight time frames with an experienced team on the project combined with a well-coordinated programme and staging plan.
