Brief

Chillex was appointed to provide the building services, Mechanical, E4M, and Controls for stage 2 of the Everil Orr retirement village redevelopment. Stage two of the project provided an additional three story residential apartment block with basement parking.

• Providing ventilation and airconditioning to insure residents receive a clean comfortable environment.
