Apprenticeships

Chillex currently offer two different 4 year industry supported and recognised vocational training pathways and provide wraparound support together with a comprehensive training programme. Our Building Services L4 and Refrigeration & Air Conditioning L4 apprenticeships are both structured around the Competenz Elev8 model.

As a part of the Chillex team you will learn, work hard, be mentored and supported in a fun and welcoming environment. We live our vision everyday and that is especially true with the next generation of leaders in our field.

In return, we will expect the best from you every day without fail. We look for apprentices who demonstrate a real commitment both practically in the field and theoretically by completing their studies. You will need to be as passionate as we are!

Cadetships

We also offer a wide ranging 3 year Building Services Engineer cadetship programme for those wishing to pursue a professional career in heating, ventilating & air-conditioning.

We look for cadets who have completed an engineering degree in a mechanical discipline or who are currently studying for a relevant qualification.

Each cadetship programme is unique, and we will tailor it for you, depending on what stage you are at with your studies and previous experience. In most cases our Cadets stay studying part-time if they need to complete their degree or diploma while receiving on-job mentoring from our qualified and experienced project engineers.
